Working Student (m/f/d) as Assistant to the Management Board

Aufgaben

Task description:

Support of the Management Board in preparing presentations for customers and partners;

Management of special projects for the Management Board;
Planning and managing customer visits and events;

General organizational and administrative tasks (office management);

Contract management support;

Support of team members planning their travels.

Qualifikation

Requirements:

University student in Business Administration, Law or something similar;

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools;

High motivation, willingness to learn as well as forward and creative thinking;

Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing;

Language skills: Advanced in English, other languages are an advantage.
